Email Service
Score: 6/10Outbound email at last — beta caveats very much apply.

Email Service is the long-awaited other half of Cloudflare’s email story: sending transactional mail from Workers, with the DNS side (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) managed where your DNS already lives. The integration pitch is obvious and good — one platform for the domain, the app, and now the mail it sends.
It’s also new, and email sending is a domain where trust is earned over years, not quarters. Deliverability reputation, feedback loops, bounce handling maturity, and analytics depth are all still behind the established senders, and the feature surface is minimal by comparison.
I’m genuinely rooting for it — consolidating away a separate ESP would simplify real architecture. Today I’d use it for low-stakes internal notifications and watch it mature before moving anything where a mail landing in spam costs money.
