Waiting Room
Score: 6/10Does its one job well; you'll pay up-tier for it.

Waiting Room queues users in front of your origin during traffic spikes — launches, drops, ticket sales — and hands out sessions at a rate you configure. When you need it, nothing else on the platform substitutes for it, and it genuinely saves origins from meltdown.
Setup is simple, the queueing math (new users per minute, session duration) is understandable, and custom-branding the queue page keeps the experience from feeling like a failure.
It’s a Business/Enterprise feature, the templating for custom pages is serviceable rather than pleasant, and queue estimates shown to users can drift under weird traffic shapes. If you have periodic thundering-herd events it justifies itself immediately; otherwise it’s a product you’ll never open.
